1- Which is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?Depends on the items you select. The general MOQ is 1000 pcs /color /style.
We also offer promotional products in which MOQ is 200 pcs /color /style.
2- How long do I have to wait for a quote?
After receiving your inquiry, we will send you a quote within 2 days.
3- How many bags can you make per month?
Currently, we produce over 200,000 pieces per month.
4- Would it be possible to make an appointment or have a visit?
It’s possible to meet each other when we attend exhibitions, such as COSMOPROF Asia, COSMOPROF Bologna, Global Sources – and more.
In any case, if you want to visit us here in China, you are most welcome. Our headquarter is located in the city of Guangzhou, about 10 km from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and 10 km from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
5- How to order?
See the order guide. If the samples and prices that we send you are compatible with what you want, we will place a proforma invoice in which you will find all of the detail. You are asked to set 30% of the cost to start production.
Finally, we will contact you to set the remaining 70% before loading. The production is launched as soon as we receive the deposit. We arrange delivery as soon as the payment is on our account.
6- What if my products are damaged or broken?
Rivta takes great care to ensure that your products arrive safely at the desired address. However, if you find any damages, we recommend you to take pictures and send your comments to us.
We will do our best to solve these potential problems with full attention and quick timing. But first, we have to identify the problem. Thus, photos are essential.
Samples & Development
1- How long is the sample lead time?Samples lead time is around 7-10 days.
2- Can I have a sample?
Definitely! We offer samples in stock (as in the website) and customized samples (including branding, materials, colors, sizes, etc).
The samples are free of charge if their delivery is included with an order. This means that we will charge a sample fee at first, and will refund this investment once you place order.
For instance, we would ask you to pay the cost of transport (depends on the delivering country, generally 30 USD).
3- Do you always have new design models to give me some new ideas?
Yes, we have our R&D and Design Department for new creative designs, actually with more than 1500 items to provide our customers with new inspirations for their designs.
Orders & Shippings
1- What payment terms are available?100% L/C at sight.
TT. (telegraphic transfer): 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
2- How long it takes for mass production?
Mass production depends on your order details. Generally, it takes 45 days to produce.
3- Which kind of deliveries do you offer?
We can help you to arrange EXW (Ex Works) shipping and FOB (Free On Board) shipping.
4- What are your shipping methods and how long they take?
Normally, we provide shipping by air (takes around 7 days) and by sea (takes around 35 days).
We would handle shipping information for you and suggest the most reasonable way to meet your required time.
5- Can I have my own inspectors to ensure my product's quality?
Yes, for sure they are welcomed!
6- How the products are packaged?
Generally one piece per polybag, and a proper quantity in each export carton.
Customized packages are also acceptable.
Quality & Warranty
1- How can you prove the sustainability of the products?We offer environmental standard certificates like GRS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX - and more. Therefore we track our products officially.
2- Can you test the materials’ properties?
Of course! We own a laboratory with machines that can test materials' properties which help providing a sense of trust for our customers. These machines include tensile tester, salt spray test machine, color assessment cabinet, color fastness tester, heat press machine.
3- What is your quality warranty terms?
We can arrange our own QC department and third-party inspectors to ensure quality control.
4- What is your delivery time's warranty terms?
Everything will be scheduled in advance. We will let you know the current situation 15 days before the delivery time and will offer faster shippings if it is delayed.
