A standard 14.5 x 15.5 cm reference roll could not cover the buyer’s 19 cm longest brush. Rivta checked the layout with brushes of matching dimensions, increased the finished roll to 20 x 20 cm, and submitted a second sample.
The approved construction used a 100% PU exterior, no lining, four 5 cm slot bands for five brushes, a protective flap, tie closure and a debossed logo. Bulk production was completed and delivered. Appearance and finished dimensions were checked, with no batch issue recorded.
Buyer lesson: a standard roll size does not prove that the intended brush set will fit. Send the longest-brush length, maximum head width, handle diameter, slot allocation and required flap coverage before bulk approval.
Claim boundary: PU is the recorded exterior material for this project. It does not make the finished brush roll certified, recycled, vegan or globally compliant.

Submit your logo to receive a detailed digital mockup. Then, you'll approve a physical pre-production sample, allowing you to confirm the quality, materials, and colors firsthand before authorizing the full production run.
Confirm bulk production only after the loaded sample, material route, logo method, packing and inspection points are approved. Bulk QC is checked against the approved sample and agreed tolerance.
Receive shipment details based on the approved construction, quantity, packing, destination and freight route. Delivery feasibility is confirmed after sample approval and production planning.
