Rivta manufactures custom canvas and cotton cosmetic bags for beauty, skincare, wellness, GWP, retail and hospitality projects. Use this page when canvas or cotton is a primary sourcing decision and the project is planned for custom production from MOQ 500.
Before sampling, confirm the outer fabric, lining, zipper, coating, logo method, packaging and the exact document scope. A cotton or canvas outer fabric does not automatically make the complete finished bag organic, recycled, plastic-free or fully certified.
| Route | Useful for | Confirm before quote |
|---|---|---|
| Standard cotton or canvas | Natural handfeel, screen print, embroidery and reusable GWP projects | Fabric weight, weave, color, shrinkage, lining, logo and packing |
| Cotton-linen, gauze or towel | Textured skincare, wellness and soft pouch programs | Texture tolerance, lint, shape, logo readability and color consistency |
| Organic cotton route | Projects that require an organic-fiber route and supporting material documents | Ordered fabric, supplier document, certificate scope and finished-bag wording |
| Recycled cotton route | Projects that require recycled-content evidence or a recycled material story | Actual composition, blend, color route, document scope and transaction evidence when required |
Claim rule: material names and supplier documents apply only to the scope they actually cover. Do not write “fully certified,” “100% plastic-free,” “biodegradable finished bag” or “globally compliant” until the complete construction and target-market requirements are verified.
In May 2026, Rivta completed 2,000 custom recycled-cotton toiletry bags for a Belgian haircare brand's GWP program. The approved bag measured 15 × 15 × 5 cm and used an unlined triangular construction, an outer fabric of 80% recycled cotton and 20% polyester, screen-printed branding, and five-piece polybag packing. The custom MOQ for this route was 500 pieces.
Sample issue and correction: the first sample's fabric tone appeared too yellow and the logo placement was not straight. The buyer required a whiter tone and aligned branding. Rivta corrected the color route and logo position before bulk approval. The bulk order was completed and the project later reordered.
Material and document boundary: the project record confirms the outer-fabric composition above. GRS wording must follow the exact scope of the project documents. This case does not claim that every component is recycled or that the complete finished bag is GRS-certified.
Custom MOQ starts from 500 pieces. Final MOQ depends on fabric availability, custom dyeing, color split, structure, logo method, hardware and packaging.
