An Australian buyer ordered 4,000 frosted TPU pouches in April 2023 for a product set. The approved material route was 0.5 mm frosted TPU, with a finished size of W14 × H13 × D3 cm, silk-screen logo and PE-bag packing.
During the first fit check, the intended bottle tipped inside the pouch. Rivta asked the buyer to send the actual product, then revised the dimensions around the bottle instead of approving the pouch from artwork alone. The revised sample stood correctly with the product inside.
The bulk order was completed, and the program has continued with repeat orders of approximately 2,000-4,000 pieces per order. Customer identity and identifying marks are withheld.
