By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website provides general information about Rivta's custom cosmetic bags, pouches, materials, product development, sampling, quality-control and manufacturing capabilities. Website content is provided for business information and enquiry purposes. It is not a binding offer, quotation, product warranty or guarantee of availability.
Information submitted through forms, email, WhatsApp or other contact channels is used to review a potential business project. A quotation is valid only when issued in writing by an authorised Rivta representative and remains subject to the stated specification, quantity, material route, colour allocation, packaging, delivery term, validity period and other quotation conditions.
Website content, automated messages, reference images and preliminary discussions do not create an order or payment obligation. An order is formed only after the parties confirm the applicable written commercial documents, such as an accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, sales contract or other agreed order confirmation.
Custom product information, images, dimensions, materials, colours, logos, packaging and performance descriptions on the Website are examples or general guidance unless expressly confirmed for a specific project.
Samples, artwork, tooling, material swatches, prototypes or other development work require separate written confirmation. A quotation-only enquiry does not authorise Rivta to begin chargeable samples, tooling, artwork use or production.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving the agreed specification, physical sample, artwork, colour, logo position, material route, packaging and other project requirements before bulk production. Approval of one sample or variation does not automatically approve every size, colour, material or SKU in a collection.
Material names, recycled-content descriptions, certification references and document support are subject to the selected project route and the scope of available supplier or certification documents. A generic material name, image or prior product example does not confirm the composition, certification scope or performance of a future order.
Product-performance statements, including waterproof, leakproof, impact-protective, antibacterial, machine-wash durable, heat-resistant or destination-market compliance claims, apply only when they are expressly confirmed in writing for the selected material, construction and agreed test scope.
The Website and its original text, graphics, logos, page design, photographs and other content are owned by Rivta or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Website for legitimate business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, republish, scrape, sell, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without written permission.
When you provide logos, artwork, trademarks, designs, reference files or other materials, you represent that you have the right to use and provide them for the requested project. You remain responsible for obtaining any required third-party permissions.
