Loaded Contents Changed the Approved Mesh-Window Bag Size
A UK skincare brand needed a mesh-window toiletry bag for product packaging. The first sample was too large after the buyer loaded the intended contents. Rivta reduced the size, and the second sample was approved at W19 x H15 x D7 cm.
The approved construction used a nylon mesh window, plain-weave bamboo-fiber body, no lining, a woven label and individual polybag packing. Bulk production was completed and delivered. Color, dimensions and stitching were checked, with no batch issue reported. The buyer later returned with follow-up business.
Buyer lesson: do not approve a mesh-window pouch from an empty sample or reference photo alone. Load the intended bottles, tubes, inserts and packing components before freezing the dimensions.
Claim boundary: nylon mesh and bamboo fiber are the recorded routes for this project. No finished-bag certification, recycled-content, biodegradable, plastic-free or global-compliance claim is made.
Front-View Logo Visibility Changed the Approved Handle Print
An Israel beauty brand planned a 2,000-piece GWP mesh cosmetic pouch for delivery to Spain. The approved pouch measured W20 x H10.5 x D9 cm and used a full 100% PVC mesh body, a 100% cotton handle, zipper and edge binding, with no lining. The logo was screen printed on the handle.
On the first sample, the handle logo was too small. It could be seen from the side, but almost disappeared in the final front view. Rivta enlarged the logo and reviewed the pouch from the actual display angle. The second sample was approved because part of the handle logo remained visible from the front.
Bulk production was completed and delivered. Appearance and dimensions were checked, with no batch issue reported. Only the recorded material route was confirmed; the finished bag is not presented as fully certified.
Buyer lesson: approve handle-logo size and placement on the finished pouch from the primary front viewing angle. A flat artwork or side view does not prove that the logo will remain visible after the handle is sewn into the final structure.
