Rivta develops custom laundry wash bags for underwear, lingerie, swimwear, activewear and other delicate-garment programs. Use this route when delicate garments, lingerie, mesh aperture, zipper protection, wash-cycle behavior and sample approval must be confirmed before bulk production. The correct construction depends on the garment load, fabric handfeel, mesh opening, zipper protection, label method, packing route and the machine-wash test that the buyer intends to use.
This is an OEM/ODM project page for brands, retailers, trading companies and product-development teams. It is not a consumer one-piece listing and it is not a promise that one standard bag will protect every garment in every wash program.

Polyester mesh is a practical starting route for many flat zipper wash bags because mesh density, handfeel, color, weight and construction can be compared during sampling. Recycled polyester or recycled nylon mesh may be reviewed where the program needs a recycled-material route, but recycled-content and document claims depend on the selected supply chain and order scope.

A recycled polyester or recycled nylon mesh route can be reviewed when the buyer has a defined claim, destination market and document scope. Review Rivta's recycled mesh material route before assuming a claim applies to the finished laundry wash bag.
Lyocell can be considered when a buyer is exploring a lighter or smoother handfeel. However, a soft handfeel does not by itself prove lower garment friction or better machine-wash performance. If the project requires genuine TENCEL™ branded fiber, that identity and the available supporting documents must be confirmed for the selected material route before the trademark is used in product or marketing copy. A laundry wash bag should be reviewed as a moving, loaded product. Buyers can specify a zipper garage or cover to reduce exposed zipper contact, but the final route still needs a sample test. Rivta will also review zipper position, puller size, tape, end stops, seam allowance, binding, reinforcement and whether the closure remains secure under the buyer's defined wash method.
Common branding routes include a side woven label, a sewn patch label, selected screen-print applications and branded packaging. The artwork should be reviewed at the actual finished size. Fine text that looks clear on a computer may lose legibility after weaving, printing or stitching.
Individual polybags, multi-piece polybags, paper belly bands, insert cards, barcode labels and retail sets are project-dependent options. Packing affects presentation, carton volume, label visibility and how the mesh arrives after transport. A lightweight wash bag can still crease, shift or collect pressure marks when the carton quantity is poorly planned.
A UK trading-company project used a 30 × 39 cm flat zipper polyester-mesh bag at 1,000 pieces, packed one piece per polybag. The public lesson is label approval: small text on the sewn patch was not clear enough, so the typography was enlarged before bulk production. This project supports manufacturing and label-legibility evidence only; it is not evidence of repeat orders or a guaranteed wash-performance result.
A Swiss underwear-brand project evaluated a 28 × 36 cm flat zipper bag at a 1,000-piece project scope. The buyer wanted a light, smooth material route for delicate underwear. The project remains sample-stage evidence, including machine-wash review. It must not be presented as a completed order or proof that the material reduces friction.
These references help buyers compare mesh structure, recycled-material route, loaded sample capacity, lyocell handfeel and factory coordination before quotation. Final performance depends on the approved finished construction and the buyer's defined test.
