1- Which is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?MOQ depends on the selected product, material, size, structure, logo process, color requirements, packaging and production route. Selected custom cosmetic bag projects may start from 500 pieces; new materials, custom-dyed colors, special hardware or complex structures may require a higher quantity. Send your selected style and project brief so the applicable MOQ can be confirmed.
2- How long do I have to wait for a quote?
After receiving your inquiry, we will send you a quote within 2 days.
3- How many bags can you make per month?
Currently, we produce over 200,000 pieces per month.
4- Would it be possible to make an appointment or have a visit?
It’s possible to meet each other when we attend exhibitions, such as COSMOPROF Asia, COSMOPROF Bologna, Global Sources – and more.
Buyer communication and project planning are coordinated from Rivta's Shenzhen office. Sampling, production coordination and quality-control activities are supported through the Dongguan manufacturing site at Building C, Donghui Industrial Park, Wulian Keyan 2nd Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment for active, qualified projects. Please share your company, product category, expected quantity, preferred visit date and the topics you want to review before the appointment is confirmed.
5- How to order?
If the samples and prices that we send you are compatible with what you want, we will place a proforma invoice in which you will find all of the detail. You are asked to set 30% of the cost to start production.
Finally, we will contact you to set the remaining 70% before loading. The production is launched as soon as we receive the deposit. We arrange delivery as soon as the payment is on our account.
6- What if my products are damaged or broken?
Rivta takes great care to ensure that your products arrive safely at the desired address. However, if you find any damages, we recommend you to take pictures and send your comments to us.
We will do our best to solve these potential problems with full attention and quick timing. But first, we have to identify the problem. Thus, photos are essential.
Samples & Development
1- How long is the sample lead time?For a custom cosmetic bag prototype, the planning reference is 7–14 working days, depending on material availability, logo process and design complexity. Special materials, custom molds or incomplete design briefs may require more time. The schedule for your project is confirmed after the brief, materials, components and sample route are reviewed.
2- Can I have a sample?
Yes. Rivta can review available product samples and custom samples for your project, including branding, materials, colors and sizes. Sample fees depend on the material, size, logo method and development complexity and are quoted before sampling begins. Please confirm the sample shipping charge for your destination and delivery method before payment. Any sample-fee credit or refund should be confirmed in writing for the specific project before payment.
3- Do you always have new design models to give me some new ideas?
Yes, we have our R&D and Design Department for new creative designs, actually with more than 1700 items to provide our customers with new inspirations for their designs.
Orders & Shippings
1- What payment terms are available?100% L/C at sight.
TT. (telegraphic transfer): 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
2- How long it takes for mass production?
Bulk production timing is confirmed for the specific project after sample approval and review of the materials, components, order quantity, packaging and production plan. The confirmed schedule depends on the approved requirements and available production scheduling. Production lead time and shipping transit time should be planned separately.
3- Which kind of deliveries do you offer?
We can help you to arrange EXW (Ex Works) shipping and FOB (Free On Board) shipping.
4- What are your shipping methods and how long they take?
Air and sea shipment options can be reviewed for your order. Shipment planning is confirmed according to production status, packing and destination requirements. Please confirm the transit estimate for the selected route and transport service when arranging shipment. Production lead time and shipping transit time should be planned separately.
5- Can I have my own inspectors to ensure my product's quality?
Yes, for sure they are welcomed!
6- How the products are packaged?
Generally one piece per polybag, and a proper quantity in each export carton.
Customized packages are also acceptable.
Quality & Warranty
1- How can you prove the sustainability of the products?We offer environmental standard certificates like GRS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX - and more. Therefore we track our products officially.
2- Can you test the materials’ properties?
Of course! We own a laboratory with machines that can test materials' properties which help providing a sense of trust for our customers. These machines include tensile tester, salt spray test machine, color assessment cabinet, color fastness tester, heat press machine.
3- What is your quality warranty terms?
We can arrange our own QC department and third-party inspectors to ensure quality control.
4- What is your delivery time's warranty terms?
Everything will be scheduled in advance. We will let you know the current situation 15 days before the delivery time and will offer faster shippings if it is delayed.
